PM29794: MANAGER: Documentation in cx_backup.bat incorrect

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The cx_backup.bat file has comments within it that are
  misleading.     The script shows "This script will restore the
  Cognos Express content store from the given backup file" which
  is identical of the cx_restore.bat file.     It should be noted
  that the script is only used for backup and the comment should
  indicate so.
  

Local fix

• Edit the comment in the script.     The script is no longer used
   in Cognos Express 9.5 which provides a new Backup and Restore p
  rocedure.
