APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Setting default content for site area to a content link, all
  works correctly but when the reference to the default content is
  returned, its always to the content instead of the content link.
  In some cases, the content link object should be returned
  instead.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• a content link is a default content of a site area. The WCM
  Seedlist code <br>usually asks the site area to return the ID of
  its default content. I will have <br>to reproduce this issue on
  my machine in order to figure if WCM returns the <br>wrong id
  (the id of the linked item instead of the content link itself).
  

Problem conclusion

• WCM changed to handle this
