• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When inserting a new XML element as a child of an existing one
  using the Form or Tree view, required namespaces were not
  created all the time.
  
  In the most common cases the namespaces created with the default
  values covered all the possible new Xml elements, but in some
  cases it failed.
  In such case, the newly added XML element was incorrectly
  defined (according to the XSD schema).
