  01.Enhance FEKLOGS log gathering tool.
  02.Uninformative error when CRASTART stub misses sticky bit.
  03.FEKRACF does not set permission bits for libIRRRacf64.so.
  04.CRA#UQRY has switched LRECLs for VSAM offload files.
  05.CRANDVRA creates a faulty datestamp for &CRADATE.
  06.Server started by REXEC remains active after disconnect
  07.Leading \ in DSTORE_LOG_DIRECTORY not handled.
  08.The following error message was logged when the server was
     terminated normally:
       ERROR RseDaemon: selectThreadPoolProcess():
                  dead process=   exited in exit code=0
  09.RDz server could be connected with old password after the
     password was changed in TSO session.
  10.The user log location is unknown in rseserver.log.
  11.OutOfMemory may happen when using D P,D command repeatedly
  12.The client count of Display Client and Display Process,D
     don't match.
  13.PassTicket IVP cannot verify if multiple passtickets can be
     created within the same second.
  14.Show which IVP sets a non-zero RC during RSED IVP.
  15.(FA) IDIDA messages generated during refresh are to be passed

  17.It's hard to find out who owns a specific AS/TCB combination
     for locking a dataset. There is no way for this purpose other
     than running Lock Daemon in debug mode.
  18.RSED and LOCKD started tasks can loop showing LE options
     during startup.
  19.RDz Daemon has two threads that run periodically. One is to
     check the arrival of the log when the enable.standard.log is
     true. Another is to check the status of each server process
     when the process.cleanup.interval is specified.
  

Problem conclusion

• 01.FEKLOGS is enhanced.
  02.Now, CRASTART stub indicates a missing sticky bit.
  03.Now, FEKRACF sets permission bits for libIRRRacf*.so.
  04.Now, CRA#UQRY has correct LRECLs for VSAM offload files.
  05.Now, CRANDVRA interprets &CRADATE correctly.
  06.Server started by REXEC will be terminated after disconnect.
  07.Now, leading \ in DSTORE_LOG_DIRECTORY is handled.
  08.Now, the error message will not be logged when the server is
     terminated normally.
  09.RACF will cache the passowrd until the cache times out.
     For zOS R10 and the later releases, this caching mechanism
     can be avoided by using a new API.
  10.Now, the user log location is logged in rseserver.log.
  11.Now, OutOfMemory will not happen even when using D P,D
     command repeatedly.
  12.Now, The Daemon process will inquire of each server the
     client count when the command is requested.
     So, the client count of D C and D P,D will match.
  13.PassTicket IVP is enhanced to verify if multiple passtickets
     can be created within the same second.
     That is, PassTicket IVP will test if no-replay-protection is
     defined for the PassTicket.
  14.Show which IVP sets a non-zero RC during RSED IVP.
  15.(FA) Implemented new RSE datastore schema for message passing
  16.(FA) Append KD segment information to transferred report and
     work around the parm field length limit for IDIDA.
  17.Now, RDz Lock Daemon provides an operator command that can
     display the whole locking table managed by the Lock Daemon.
     /F  LOCKD,APPL=DISPLAY TABLE
  18.Changed thw way LE options are shown to avoid this loop.
  19.Now, the blocking type API is used to check the arrival of
     the standard log and the process.cleanup.interval with zero
     value can be used to check the status of each server process
     without a running thread.
