  when any bypass keys are specified and pfKeyEquate = yes, ENTER
  will be treated as a bypass key.

  TextUI programs generated to Java, or debugged in the EGL
  Debugger, can report that ConverseVar.eventKey was a bypass
  key when it was not a bypass key.  This happens when
  pfKeyEquate is YES, and PF9 is one of the bypass keys.
