PM28748: Rhapsody does not recognise interface inheritance for template instances

Error description

• Previously this defect was reported in RTC ID: 137949. Histroy
  of the CR says that the issue was fixed in 7521 but the problem
  is still reproducible.
  
  Description:
  
  Rhapsody does not recognise interface inheritance for template
  instances.
  
  When a class has an association to an interface, Rhapsody does
  not recognise that this association can be fulfilled by the
  instance of a template that inherits the interface.
