Error description

• Using JRE 1.4.2_19 with RFT 8.2 causes RFT to not recognize Java
  applications. This is reproducible both on Window and Linux.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  ============
  
  1) Install JRE142
  2) Configure ClassicJavaA apps with 142 JRE through command line
  or Application configuration window
  3) Try to use TOI or Recorder against ClassicJavaA apps and
  nothings get recorded or recognized.
  
  Expected: RFT should be able to record apps that are using
  JRE142 as runtime.
  
  Actual: Nothing gets recorded.
