Error description

• User has migrated a tui application from VAGEN, to RBD 7.5.1.5.
  
  The form, when displayed by the debugger has broken lines.
  
  When the app is generated to cobol, and run, the form is
  displayed correctly (without broken lines).
  
  
  
  When the TUI field has outline = left, top, and/or bottom, the
  line is being drawn at the first location where you can type
  into the field.  Tthe line should be drawn at the field's
  attribute byte, one position to the left.

  This problem affects the EGL Debugger and generated Java
  programs.  When a TUI field has outline = left, top, and/or
  bottom, the line is being drawn at the first location where
  you can type into the field.  It should be drawn at the
  field's attribute byte, one position to the left.
