• Crash observed when creating a dependency from a rationale
  element to a
  requirement in a requirements diagram for a Rhapsody in C++
  Sysml
  project.
  
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  ----------------------
  
  1. Create a RiC++ of sysml project type
  
  2. Select a package and create a Use case model element
  
  3. Select the use case element and create a requirement element
  
  4. Select the requirement element and create a Rationale element
  
  5. Create a requirement diagram for the packge
  
  6. Drop the requirement element and the Rationale element in the
  diagram
  7. create a dependency from the rationale element to the
  requirement and
  observe the crash
