  How to reproduce:
  
  1) Install RFT and ensure Japanese Lang pack is selected
  
  2) Go to eclipse.ini file in the SDP Folder and add
   -Duser.language=ja
  
  3) Start RFT and create a project you will see an extra space.
  
  Expected: There should not be any space between project name
  number
  
  Actual: Extra Space during RFT Project  creation.
