Error description

• When a community role is deleted via the REST service, the
  domain roles of the Portal business component are not deleted
  for the affected community role.
  When the same community role is created again, duplicate key
  exceptions are thrown.

• The admin UI can be used to delete community roles correctly.

• REST service has been extended for delete HTTP request to
