PM27675: INCORRECT STRING DISPLAYED UNDER "DEFAULTS FOR ALL STEPS" WHEN CREATING A JOB

Error description

• When creating a new job in Cognos connection, we see the users
  content language displayed twice in the string under "Defaults
  for all steps". This is on the second page of the new job
  wizard. ??This occurs if you click "set" under the "Defaults for
  all steps" section, then under "Report options" click the
  "Specify default values for all the reports of this job" check
  box. ??I have tested this in 8.4.1 FP2 and 8.4.1 FP3, both run
  into the same issue.
