PM27608: Informix will not prepare query due to incorrect quoting of generated SQL

Error description

• The Informix SQL generated from a Cognos SQL statement will fail
  to prepare because the column alias names and column references
  are not consistently quoted. By default Informix defaults to
  lower case but will honor upper and mixed case names when they
  are enclosed in quotes. For example:  Note how the outer query
  refers to C1 and C2 in quotes but in the inner block they are
  not quoted  Cognos SQL select_ UPPERCASED.C1  as  C1,
  UPPERCASED.C2  as  C2 from IFX..informix.UPPERCASED UPPERCASED
  where (UPPERCASED.C1 > 0) group by UPPERCASED.C1, UPPERCASED.C2
  Generated Informix SQL select_UPPERCASED3.C2 as C2 from
  (select_UPPERCASED.C1 as C1, UPPERCASED.C2 as C2 from
  informix.UPPERCASED UPPERCASED where UPPERCASED.C1>0 group by
  UPPERCASED.C1, UPPERCASED.C2) UPPERCASED3
