PM27463: Roundtrip fails to roundtrip Enum values

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Please find the video attached to reproduce the behavior.
  Using Rhapsody to generate Enumerations, Constants, initial
  values to primitive work OK.
  
  When trying to change the enumeral (number or string) and
  roundtrip the change into the model. It fails to work.
  
  Using roundtrip we can delete, add, change identifier, comments
  into the model. But not the value.
