Error description
Customer was experiencing high instability in there environment. There are hung threads with the BIBus When a BIBUSTkMain process is unresponsive it causes dispatcher threads to be blocked on the thread that is waiting on the bibustkmain response. Blocked dispatcher threads cause a cascading effect that end up blocking all configured threads in the servlet gateway causing users not to have access to the application.
