  Using Rational RequisitePro client for Windows with project
  security enabled, takes longer time saving documents than
  when it does not use project security.
  Root cause of this problem is the way that user permission
  information is got.
  

Problem conclusion

• Rational RequisitePro for Windows client have been updated
  to get user permission directly from database instead of
  call to RPX functions
