APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When publishing an RMC Method Library, if a saved configuration
  is not reviewed as part of the publish action, some publishing
  options in the configuration are not used for the published
  site.
  
  This can be seen by enabling the 'show relationship sub-folders
  in navigation trees' option for a published site.
  
  To reproduce
  1. Enable this option
  2. Save the configuration
  3. Publish the configuration without reviewing the settings
  (batch publishing is also impacted).
  
  Notice that the published site is published with a flat
  structure and not with the expected subfolder structure
