• It is possible to create links without valid target.
  
  To reproduce:
  
  - create a new module and a new object
  - choose Tools-? Functions -? Copy Objects
  - select a target module and check option 'Create links' (source
  to target)
  - now close the target module without saving it
  - save source module
  - You'll see a outlink indicator with no matching inlink
  indicator

Problem conclusion

• To solve the problem, ie to avoid getting dangling links,
  when the user says no to the save prompt, meaning that they
  want to discard the changes and hence the "never-saved"
  objects too including the incoming links to them, we delete
  all incoming links to all "never-saved" objects. This way
  the link will also be deleted from the source end (in case
  the source module was open) and we'd never have dangling
  links.
