PM26621: Symbols are not exported correctly from DOORS 9.3 using RPE 1.1.1.2

Error description

• Attached is a DOORS module and I find that the symbols that are
  copy/pasted into DOORS object text are not exported correctly to
  Word using RPE 1.1.1.2.
  
  However, all the symbols that are inserted into DOORS via
  ?Insert ? Symbol? are now exported correctly using RPE 1.1.1.2.
  
  On further investigation it has been observed that those symbols
  which are not exported uses the font ?Wingdings? and currently
  the changes in DOORS 9.3 applies only to ?Symbol? font and not
  for any other such symbol fonts.
  
  Hence we have already raised an RFE (RATLC01991702) for DOORS to
  export font information for all the commonly used font families
  that do not use Unicode encoding.

Problem conclusion
