PM26609: Roundtrip adds additional types to the model

Error description

• Please refer the attached model.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1.    Generate the code for the model
  2.    Right click and perform Edit Code for GUI class found in
  Default PKG
  3.    Without making any changes into the model/code, perform
  SAVE(CTRL + S) or Save button.
  4.    Similarly, you will note other types also added such as
  ?MainCtrl? and ?Pump? as external.

  for a type (struct), but the type declaration is not
  contained in the files that are being roundtripped, Rhapsody
