PM26384: Few properties are missing in RFT 8113 which were visible in RFT 8103

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer has observed that in RFT 8.1.1.3 few properties are not
  recognized. The properties of window, button like Name, Text etc
  which were supported in RFT 8103 are not being supported in
  8.1.1.3.  Please find attached the screenshots and the sample
  application for you reference

  with the "?" character.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the problem by getting the name from accessibility
  like before.
  Add check to see if window is unresponsive before querying
  so that to avoid timeouts.
