Error description

• Installation Manager fails a rename operation with an error
  message pop up like this one:
  
  Error during 'install' phase: Error backing up files from
  C:\...\backupDirs
  
  In the log there will be messages like this one:
  
  ERROR CRIMC17A32DBAE Renaming C:\...

  The Installation Manager downloads files, verifies their
  correctness, and renames them to the appropriate file name.
  Anti Virus or some other program running on the computer has
  locked the downloaded file so that the rename fails.  The
  end result is an error displayed in a pop up dialog,
  something like:
  
  Error during "install" phase: Error backing up files from
  C:\...\backupDirs
  In the Installation Manager log will be messages like:
  ERROR CRIMC17A32DBAE Renaming C:\Documents and Settings\All
  Users\Application Data\IBM...
  

Problem conclusion

• Additional retry logic has been enabled in the IBM
  Installation Manager 1.4.2 release which will reduce the
  probability of this problem.
