Error description

• Username type attribute cannot have value other than the
  currently logged in user name when configured with RDS
  
  To Reproduce:
  
  - Configure DOORS to use RDS
  - Login as User A
  - Create a module.
  - Create an attribute of type Username
  - Modify the Username type attribute value to be any other user
  than User A.
  
  'Illegal user 'User B' - for Username type' - error is shown

  When DOORS is configured to use Rational Directory Server
  (RDS), all user records are stored in RDS. For a user's name
  to appear in an attribute of type 'username', the user has
  to be loaded from the RDS. The function to load the user
  record from RDS was missing in the code and thus caused the
  defect.
  

Problem conclusion

• For values of the attribute 'username', DOORS performs a
  search in the RDS and if it finds a matching user record, it
  loads the user record into its cache. The presence of a user
  record in DOORS cache shows up the user's name in its
  display. The next time the user's name is to be displayed,
  the search is not done on RDS but directly the user record
  is loaded from the DOORS cache. There can be a need to
  perform the search too - for example, when the cache is
  discarded.
