Error description
RE a Visual Studio project customer notice that some source artifacts associated with classes in other components are removed. The RE'd project has a dependency on the classes that have had their source artifacts removed first RE done to comp_1 and as expected create classes with SA, since the imported code contain these classes code second RE done to comp_2 and try to create external classes to the exactly same place , since the imported code contain forward declaration to these classes. They use the RE with merge (otherwise the package would be replaced) The class from the first RE should be merged with the class from the second RE Amit has reproduce the behavior.
