  • The file .settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.component of some
projects has missing source entries after replacing a large
number of projects from CVS, using a team project set in a
workspace with a large number of projects.

The file .settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.component of some
projects have missing source entries after replacing a large
number of projects from CVS, using a team project set in a
workspace with a large number of projects. This is an
intermittent problem, and when it occurs, the projects no
longer function properly until the missing entries are added
back.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Source entries are not removed from the file
.settings/org.eclipse.wst.common.component while replacing
multiple projects from CVS using a team project set in a
workspace with a large number of projects.

This issue is fixed in Rational Application Developer
Version 7.5.5.4
