Error description

• After creating a new button in ClearQuest Eclipse Designer
  7.1.1.3, the button does not appear on the form, even after the
  database has been upgraded. The button does not appear on the
  form in RCP client, but in the native windows client the button
  appears, but it's unavailable for selection.
