• The new topology wizard does not display templates in Japanese
  locale.

  1. Start Rational Software Architect with -nl ja option added to
  end of startup shortcut (with Japanese language installed from
  Installation Manager)
  2. [File] ? [New] ? [Other] ? [Deployment] ? [Topology] and
  click Next
  3. In the categories section when you select 'Basic Topologies'
  the templates on the right will be blank, so nothing can be
  chosen.
  
  ?Expected?
  The five templates that are shown when starting Rational
  Software Architect in English would display.
  
  ?Actual?
  None of the five templates displays, with the result that none
  can be chosen.
