PM25393: FORMATTING LOST ON SAVED HTML OUTPUT OR REPORT VIEW AFTER SETTING RSVP.HTML.OPTIMIZECSSSTYLES TO TRUE

Error description

• - In the advanced dispatcher options, the
  RSVP.HTML.OPTIMIZECSSSTYLES was set to TRUE for the
  BatchReportService and ReportService in order to limit the size
  of HTML output??- A list report contains formatting (border
  colour and list header background colour) when run in
  interactive mode from Report Studio or when clicking on the
  report name from Cognos Connection (if there are no saved
  versions)??- When a report view is created from this report, and
  the HTML output is viewed from the 'View report output versions'
  page, the report view contains none of the formatting??-
  Similarly, if the original report is run in saved HTML format
  from the 'Run with Options' screen and then opened from the
  'View report output versions' page, the formatting is not seen??
