Error description
RD/z is wrongly trying to delete a member from a PDS. This happens sometimes when using LPEX or rarely when doing Local syntax check. !MESSAGE *** RSEClient#command(ResetFileSystem): CRRZI0277E System ABEND 913-0.
Local fix
Problem summary
A copybook file just downloaded on behalf of the content assist or syntax check was uploaded. When the copybook library is RACF protected, the ABEND 913-0 occurs.
Problem conclusion
The RDz client was fixed not to upload the file just downloaded. The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with IBM Rational Developer for System z V7.6.2.1 Fix Pack which is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=2294&uid=swg27006335
