Error description

• The exception occurred when the user was canceled by double
  logon . 25.  At that time, downloading a file was ongoing, and 2
  seconds later, the thread tries to write to a log file that was
  already closed at cancel.

  *                      a file download was in progress. Two    *
  *                      seconds later, the thread tried to      *
  *                      write to a log file that was already    *
  *                      closed at the time of the cancel.       *

  The downloader thread tried to write to a log file that was
  already closed.  This caused an 0C4 ABEND.
  

Problem conclusion

• The RDz server was fixed to close the log files after all
  threads were terminated.
