PM25256: NPE when running a C++2UML transformation

Error description

• Rational Software Architect generates a Null Pointer Exception
  when running a C++2UML transformation.
  This occures when C++ code previously have been generated with
  UML2C++ transformation and the UML model containings two
  'templated' classes joined by a generalization.
