  The Ant tasks projectImport and projectSetImport may cause
  the product to hang when utilized within an Ant script.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code to import the project was wrapped in an
  IWorkspaceRunnable to ensure that the workspace is available
  and locked when performing the project creation.  The fix
  for this APAR is in Rational Application Developer v7.5.5.3.
