PM24957: Rhapsody generates ?me? pointer for reactive singleton objects

Error description

• Please refer the attached sample project
  
  In the model object TestSingleton is stereotyped with Singleton
  and the property C_CG:Class:ObjectTypeAsSingleton has been
  checked.
  
  If the class has an statechart, Rhapsody generates ?me? pointer
  else not. In certain scenarios this leads to a compiler warning
  for unused parameter.
