  Description.
  Deploying a Web transaction and then starting a WebSphere v6.0.x
  server in debug mode produces intermittent behaviour when trying
  to remove any active breakpoints in certain scenarios ie
  a) With two breakpoints set 1 and 2 , removing breakpoint 2 and
  starting the debugger it then stops at the first breakpoint(1)
  and the debug session is then terminated.
  
  b) Alternatively sometimes the debugger will stop in the
  statement from which the breakpoint (2) was just removed.

  Sometimes when removing breakpoints in the middle of a web
  transaction debug session, errors pop up about a failure to
  remove the breakpoint.
  

Problem conclusion

• There were a few cases where a timing problem could cause
  removal of a breakpoint to fail. The known timing problems
  have been addressed and a breakpoint is cleanly removed
  while in the middle of a debug session.
