Error description

• Problem Description:
  Change in order of how WCM places dates into the seedlist for
  the .9 seedlist.  When the seedlist is built by WCM,
  WCM places the last modified date and effective date in
  particular order, places the last modified date last.
  
  WP Search then uses that date to sort results by within the
  search center portlet.  In some cases, customers
  may want effective date instead.
  
  In order to enable this, add the following to the
  SearchService.properties file:
  
  SearchService.SearchSeed.UseEffectiveDateLastMod=true
