Error description

• The description of the rule MISRA_19_14 states ?The defined
  preprocessor operator shall only be used in one of the two
  standard forms.?
  Also, the two standard forms which are allowed are as shown in
  the below example:
  
  #if defined d
  #endif
  #if defined ( d )
  #endif
  
  when the MISRA_19_14 is checked for violations against the
  attached code, it reports violations on a blank line.
