PM24415: SITEMAP PORTLET EXPORT FUNCTION NOT WORKING IN V6.1

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Search Sitemap portlet has an EXPORT portlet configuration
  parameter. The default for this parameter is
  "false", but if the parameter is changed to "true" an Export
  button appears in the portlet which can be used
  to create an xml export of the sitemap content. The Export
  button did not work.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Export button did not work because the Export Servlet
  associated with the portlet is not registered with
  Portal and so does not have access to the model api components
  necessary to create the export file.
