  Unable to delete unresolved elements from a model.
  
  Description:

  Rhapsody allows the deletion of unresolved elements should be
  possible. However, many a times while trying to delete certain
  unresolved elements an 'Action is not allowed on unresolved
  element' error message is thrown and the unresolved element is
  not deleted. This ideally happns in a scenario when a missing
  element is associated to an element that is also missing.
  
  To resolve this problem, the elements in question must be
  replaced before they can be removed from the model. In most
  cases, the element's corresponding unit no longer exists so
  there is nothing to replace it with. This creates unnecessary
  complications and mostly user is not successful in deleting the
  unresolved element(s).
  
  As Rhapsody allows the deletion of unresolved elements, it
  should automatically be able to resolve the dependencies and
  allow the deletion of any unresolved elements for that matter.
