  Problem description:

  When an actor pin is added to a action in an activity diagram,
  the pin is seen in the browser and invisible on the diagram.
  This problem is specific to certain actions in the activity.
  
  The module depicting the problem is attached.
  The activity diagram at issue is under the use case
  'ONBCSv1-GFUN-206522-1-On Board Global Settings Management'.
  The activity with invisible actor pin is
  'displayUpdatedLocationPreference'.

  When the Rhapsody API is used to add a pin to an action, the
  pin is not displayed in the activity diagram.
  

Problem conclusion

• This occurred because the pin was placed using negative
  coordinates. The API has been modified so that it can now
  handle such cases.
