PM24023: The Content Store Data Source tab is not appearing by default in a Transformer 8 Model.

Error description

• -Content Store Data Source tab is not appearing by default when
  using a Cognos 8 package as a data source in a transformer
  model.?-the option is needed by our customer as its the only way
  to provide the Database logon information in the command line
  using the option ?k as a transformer Signon has to be defined on
  this tab and the setting always use the transformer Signon must
  be set.?( see IR COGCQ00282932) ??-same issue also tested in
  Cognos 10 ???
