PM23781: RiADA: does not correctly generate standard function UNCHECKED_CONVERSION

Error description

• When reverse-engineering packages using the Ada generic standard
  function UNCHECKED_CONVERSION, a UNCHECKED_CONVERSION dependency
  package is created with an entry_unchecked_conversion function,
  and any function implementing it is re-defined using this entry.
  Furthermore, the UNCHECKED_CONVERSION instantiation arguments
  are lost.
  
  Workaround
   Delete any reference to entry_unchecked_conversion.
  Delete the instance function Rhapsody has imported in the model,
  and re-define them using the ?type? element model, adding
  verbatim text in the type declaration section.
  E.G.: for a function named TO_INT add a type named TO_INT and in
  the type declaration add
  
   function %s is new UNCHECKED_CONVERSION(?)
