PM23664: The initial default values for the WSDL are blank

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the WebWervice wizard with JAX-WS, when checking the checkbox
  to generate WSDL file, the default value for the target
  namespace, service name, port name is initially blank, though
  class name, package name are actually used as the default value
  if generated.
  If once check and uncheck the checkbox for each WSDL
  targetnamespace, WSDL service name, WSDL port name, then the
  default value show up as gray out.
