Error description
This APAR is to include the backport container based on WAS APAR PM23131 into Portal 6.1. Original problem: When doing hot-code replacement from RAD 7.5 into a Portal 6.1 / WAS 6.1 with an incompatible/invalid change, the user cannot recover by restarting the application or updating the application so that a subsequent compatible/valid change fails. Thread com.ibm.ws.portletcontainer.runtime .PortletWebAppInitialization Collaborator continues to run after WAS AdminApp.stopApplication. Thereby the classloader is not released and a valid Hot Code Replace (HCR) after an invalid HCR before the stopApplication cannot be done. That's why the application needs to be uninstalled/reinstalled or server restarted. This slows down the development flow.
