Error description

• When running multiuser stability test with SAP and TM1, there
  are errors in the cogserver.log. This also causes user end
  errors.????Failure?XQE-CON-0007 XQE error encountered: Expected
  a member name but found MS"????This error happens after a 24
  hours running in high load environment.
  

Local fix

• in each platform where Cognos reportservices is running, execute
  {installation}/bin/queryServiceAdminTask.{sh/bat} 1
  to refresh the query cache.
