PM23460: Creating project from baseline fails in 7.1.1.3

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In RQ baseline manager on Windows 7 Creating a project from
  baseline fails with error:'error in Frmwizard.CreateAndOpenRQS
  file(-2147219364): error loading queries' - see attached
  image1.png.
  
  This failure happen even if baseline has been created locally on
  the same RQ version.
  
  The issue doesn't happen in previous 7.1.1 version
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  deploy a win7  image
  install Rqpro 7.1.1
  Test base line create and restore i.e.: use samples
  upgrade to 7.1.1.03
  retest baseline creation and restore
  when restoring you will have the error
  
  issue must be RQ Baseline manager related because it worked on
  older versions and newest on same system parameters is failling.

  Create a project from baseline using RequisitePro Baseline
  Manager fails if the target database is Access. An error
  message is shown:
  Error in frmWizard.CreateAndOpenRQSFile (-2147219364 ) :
  Error loading parameter queries.
  
  RequisitePro Baseline Manager was flushing parameter queries
  before time to save memory.
  

Problem conclusion

• RequisitePro Baseline Manager has been modified to preserve
  the parameter queries it needs.
