  Product Version: RDz V7.6.1
  When using the File Manager Integration Component, clicking 'Add
  Record after' on the first record adds a record before the first
  record and not after.
  
  Selecting Undo after the above operation doesn't get rid of the
  blank record.

  Select the record after you the one you wish to insert it before

  Record 2 ?select record two, using same function, to insert
  record between record 1 and 2?

Problem summary

• FMI was adding a record before the first record, even when the
  chosen action is to add record after.
  

Problem conclusion

• The above case was not being correctly handled for the first
  record. This issue has been fixed.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V7.6.2.1 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
