• The following TM1 Report Studio reports ran up to 80% slower
  compared to BlueSea RP1.   In particular, the following reports
  have shown a higher slow down:  * master_detail_1000 *
  master_detail_1000_2deep * master_detail_1000_multi4 *
  master_detail_5000
  

Local fix

• Isolated the fix. Target date C10.1 FP1
