PM23324: humanTask and execution rules

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• if an hts task is suppressed by an execution rule... the task
  never goes waiting and the child tasks try to execute... this is
  bad news as they are waiting on approval ....?will require a
  documentation note at least?That's awkward. Makes me think that
  the tasks following a humanTask are indeed children of the
  humanTask - (just like they are when the humanTask is burst). In
  that way suppressing the humanTask would suppress all the
  following tasks as well. Not something that would be immediately
  obvious in the UI though.

• do not use execution rules so that it is not suppressed.
