Error description
Client was reverse engineering a large number of files and it turned out that the user did NOT have the main RPY file checked out in clearcase, and everything failed due to the RPY not being writeable. Rhapsody should inform the user up front what the error was so I didn't have to wait 24 hours to find out it failed.
