Local fix

Problem summary

• The CoreDaemon kept adding bytes to a StringBuffer after the
  connection was lost.
  This was generating an OutOfMemoryError.
  

Problem conclusion

• An extra check was coded into the CoreDaemon to prevent adding
  bytes to a StringBuffer when connection is lost.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V7.6.2.1 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
